SHEET 00 — THE EASIEST WAY TO TEST US

Start with a single sheet.

Pick one grading, drainage, or utility sheet from your next project. We confirm a fixed fee and a fixed deadline up front, draw it to your CAD standards, and hand it back ready for your review.

SHEET 01 — WHEN WE STEP IN

Most teams don't need extra support all the time — just when workload starts to stack.

Multiple projects at onceWorkload hits at the same time and your team starts getting stretched thin.
Tightening deadlinesProduction slows just as timelines start to compress.
Permit revisions stacking upCity comments come back faster than your team can turn them around.
Capable, but overloadedYour team can do the work — there's just too much of it right now.
Not ready to hireYou don't want to staff up permanently just to cover peak workload.
Need for reliable Civil 3D supportSupport that plugs in cleanly, without slowing anything down.
SHEET 02 — WHO WE SUPPORT

Built to work alongside the teams who lead the project.

Civil Engineering Firms

Extend production capacity during busy periods — grading, drainage, utilities, and permit plan development.

We also support design-build teams, commercial architects, and commercial developers who need civil site production.

SHEET 03 — TYPICAL PROJECTS

Site types we support most often.

Retail Developments

Shopping centers, retail pads, and commercial expansions — grading, drainage, utility design, permit prep.

Commercial Buildings

Offices, medical facilities, hospitality, and other developments requiring coordinated site infrastructure.

Industrial Facilities

Warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing sites — efficient grading and utility layouts.

Mixed-Use Developments

Site planning and civil design for projects combining residential, retail, office, and public space.

Religious Facilities

Churches and community centers — site layout, drainage, utilities, and permitting assistance.

Site Redevelopment

Property expansions, parking upgrades, infrastructure replacement, and redevelopment of existing sites.

SHEET 04 — HOW WE SUPPORT PRODUCTION

Three ways we plug into your workflow.

Grading & Site Production

Surface modeling, cut/fill analysis, and grading plans aligned with local requirements — earthwork that keeps projects moving.

Utility & Infrastructure Modeling

Storm, sanitary, and water systems design aligned with city standards and review requirements, for smoother approvals.

Revisions & Fast Turnaround

Permit-ready updates aligned with city comments and review cycles — redlines and adjustments that keep submissions moving.

Familiar with US standards and city requirements — no learning curve
Easy to plug into your workflow — no complicated onboarding
Fast turnaround on redlines, revisions, and updates
Clear communication — no delays or coordination issues
Flexible support — use us when you need it, continue if it works
Focused on reducing delays and keeping submissions moving

SHEET 05 — SCOPE OF WORK

Where our role starts and ends.

NOTE — SIGN & SEAL

We provide production support — grading, drainage, utility, and site plan development — as an extension of your team. We do not provide signed or sealed engineering drawings; that review and stamp stays with your firm as Engineer of Record. This keeps our role clear: we move your production forward, you retain full engineering oversight and sign-off.

SHEET 06 — WHY TEAMS KEEP USING VECTROSS

Reliability, not just capacity.

We don't overcommit.

One Houston-area engineering firm came to us after being burned by vendors who missed deadlines and delivered rework instead of ready-to-submit sets. We scope work up front, flag anything that could affect timing early, and never stack overlapping deadlines.

We handle real project complexity.

A recent civil design engagement moved from an initial site plan through a full grading, drainage, and detention scope — refined together with the client's PM to match the exact permitting requirements of the jurisdiction, not a generic package.

We scale with recurring needs.

A multi-site commercial rollout program uses us for repeatable, batch-style production work across locations — proof this isn't a one-off service, but a production partner teams keep coming back to.

SHEET 07 — HOW IT WORKS

Three steps to get started.

STEP 1 OF 3

Send a set for review

Share what's going on — an upcoming project, a current bottleneck, or just a sample to price for comparison.

STEP 2 OF 3

We scope and confirm

We review the requirements, propose a lump-sum fee, and confirm a realistic turnaround before anything starts.

STEP 3 OF 3

We deliver production-ready sheets

You get grading, drainage, and utility production that plugs directly into your submission — on schedule.

Tell us what's going on — if things are getting busy, we'll show you how we can help.

If deadlines are tightening, revisions are piling up, or city comments are slowing things down, we can step in and keep production moving. We typically support teams during busy periods and stay as long as it makes sense.
